Another thought - is there any way to restrict this blog to our group? In other words, is this blog open to the public?

The comments will always be available unless they are being deleted by assigned members of our own (the administrators, currently being May, Mok and myself).
I note that you have created your own blog. You can use it as an online journal and we can add it to our team blog links if you want.

This blog is open to the public, so that all BHJS friends can read and comment on it although posting will be limited to our team member only. The adminstrators will excercise some control over unwanted intruders.
To restrict the blog only to our group, we need to host it in a site which needs password access. A hosting fee will be involved. We'll try this blog out first and then decide if we'll need to move to a 'private' site.
Right. This blog is really accessible by the general public. Everyone leaving messages here will have to exercise some common sense since the comments here are broadcasted to the whole wide world.
