Looking Back at the Eighties

My reading life was in abeyance in the 80's and most of the 90's,except for books like Dr. Spock's Baby, How to discipline with love, I'm on your side (Son/Daughter), How to make peace with your parents, EQ, etc. Sadly I've yet to own the English language and the original one has gradually disowned me.

I might have read Ah Sing's masterpiece and heard of Chui's fame, yet the rest has just eluded me. Therefore Martin and Author, is there any chance that a model reading list be set up for reconnection of a different kind?

Good idea. I am sure we have some keen readers among us. Yau Lop Poon reads extensively so he can recommend to us some of the books he likes.

Since my semi-retirement in 2004, I try to read at least 10 books every year. After seeing your comment, I have picked out from the shelves about 30 books (2:1 Chinese:English)I read in recent years. I can surely share with all of you the title of these books.
