Keeping Young Lao Bay's Way
While we are envious of how age does not affect our teachers like Ms Lin, Ms Ng and Mrs Peggy Wong, Lau Daifu offers the following to keep us young:
1) Brain & skin are embryonically related, if you look young, your mind is also young.
2) Cut down sweet things, bad carbohydrates.
3) Do not overfeed yourself, eat only 70-80% full each time.
4) Some daily supplements & skin local application.
5) Drink 6-8 glasses of water everyday.
6) Diet is very important: good carbohydrates, protein and essential fat.
7) Exercise.
8) Mental- yes, young thinking.
9) Detox.
10)Prevent and treat age-related diseases, e.g., hypertension, diabetes, high lipids.
Oh! if I go on talking, I' ll have to charge you ....
